Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Sage Hoops ("Sage Hoops," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, book training, or communicate with us, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our site or services, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information gathered automatically when you use our site:

  • Contact and account information - athlete name, parent or guardian name, email address, and phone number.
  • Booking information - the program selected, session dates and times, attendance, and related notes.
  • Payment information - payments are processed by our third-party provider (CoachIQ). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications - messages you send us through forms, email, or text, and your consent selections.
  • Automatically collected data - device, browser, and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage training sessions and free trials;
  • Process payments and administer memberships and session packages;
  • Send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, and account updates;
  • With your consent, send marketing messages about programs, promotions, and events;
  • Respond to your questions and provide customer support;
  • Improve our website, programs, and services; and
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of our athletes and staff.

3. Text Messaging & SMS Consent

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages. We treat two categories of messages separately, and you can consent to one, both, or neither:

  • Transactional messages - account and appointment texts such as booking confirmations, schedule changes, and reminders.
  • Marketing messages - promotional texts about programs, offers, and events. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing or attending.

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of any category at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove you from essential service communications you have requested by email. We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers - trusted platforms that help us operate, including GoHighLevel (forms, messaging, and CRM) and CoachIQ (scheduling and payments). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
  • Legal and safety - when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our athletes, staff, or others.
  • Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our programs serve youth athletes, and account information is provided and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We collect a minor's information only through and with the consent of that parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will remove it.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure, and understand how visitors use our pages. Some cookies are set by the third-party tools embedded on our site, such as booking and form widgets. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.

7. Data Retention & Security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices & Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing communications, or ask questions about how your data is handled. To exercise these choices, contact us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails and from texts by replying STOP.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the website or by email. Your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.

10. Contact Us
