Welcome to Sage Hoops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your participation in our basketball training programs. By booking a session, purchasing a program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minor athlete you enroll. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Sage Hoops provides basketball skill development through group training, private one-on-one training, session packages, and free trial sessions, all delivered at Pro Lab. Program formats, schedules, and pricing are described on our website and may change over time. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a session or program when necessary, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected athletes.

2. Bookings & Free Trials

You may book sessions through our website and connected scheduling tools. A free trial is limited to one complimentary group session per new athlete and carries no obligation to continue. Spots are subject to availability, and we ask that you arrive on time and ready to train. Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for future free bookings.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private session so we can offer the slot to another athlete. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used. Group memberships bill on a recurring basis and may be canceled before the next renewal date with no long-term contract. To cancel or pause a membership, contact us before your renewal date. We understand emergencies happen, so please reach out and we will work with you in good faith.

4. Payments

Payments for memberships, session packages, and programs are processed securely through our third-party provider, CoachIQ. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charges, including any recurring membership charges until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Session packages are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable once a program has begun.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, respectful, and positive training environment. Athletes, parents, and guests are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect, follow coach instructions and facility rules, and refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to remove any person from a session or program, without refund, for conduct that endangers others or undermines the training environment.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Basketball training is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of yourself and any minor athlete you enroll. You confirm that the athlete is in suitable physical condition to participate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sage Hoops and its coaches, staff, and facility partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. A separate written waiver and release of liability may be required before an athlete's first session, and its terms apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Media Release

From time to time we may photograph or record training sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer that an athlete not appear in such media, let us know in writing and we will honor your request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Sage Hoops name, logo, text, graphics, and training materials, is owned by or licensed to Sage Hoops and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
